This article explores the innovative application and prospects of AI and gene editing technology in cultivating high-yield crops. It introduces five key areas: identification and optimization of gene editing targets, multi-gene regulation of complex traits, enhancement of environmental adaptability and stress resistance, shortening of breeding cycles, and data integration with intelligent analysis. The extensive use of AI in gene screening, CRISPR/Cas system optimization, multi-gene network analysis, phenotypic prediction, stress resistance gene selection, environmental simulation, breeding decisions, and precision agriculture feedback has greatly improved breeding efficiency and crop yields. By combining these technologies, the article envisions the future direction of agriculture, where crops more adaptable to their environment, with stronger stress resistance and higher yields, can be developed in shorter breeding cycles. This provides strong support for global food security and sustainable agriculture.
