Abstract
We evaluated gene expressions of LPS-activated human monocytes THP-1 exposed to LD50 concentration TEGDMA by DNA microarray, and found that 931 genes were up-regulated and 631 genes were down-regulated. Largest up-regulated genes were xenobiotic metabolism cytochrome P450 enzyme-related and anti-oxidant enzyme-related.
