抄録

The present study investigated the differentiation of ATDC5 on porous titanium. The mRNA expressions of type II, X collagen, aggrecan and N-cadherin were investigated using real-time PCR. This study indicate that ATDC5 cells differentiated into chondrocytes on the porous titanium.
