─八戸魚市場の事例─

In 1937 Japan began the war against China.　After 1937 and in 1940’s, Japan passed the era of the war and the occupation by allied countries led by the United States of America.　In those times Japan experienced the controlled economy.　In the wartime, Japanese government controlled the economic systems.　After the war, GHQ of allied forces ordered the Japanese government to control the systems.　 In those times, the market systems lost the role to decide the prices of the commodities.　Instead of the market systems, Japanese government decided the officially established prices of commodities including marine products.　In the occupied era, the officially established price systems had been continued to prevent the inflation.

Hachinohe fish market was established in 1933.　In the wartime, Hachinohe fish market lost the role to decide the prices of marine products.　But it existed as the organization to distribute marine products.　After the war, it continued the role to distribute marine products.　In 1948, Hachinohe fish market was prosecuted as the offender against the law to control the prices of commodities.　

In this paper, the author explained the reason and results of the trial of Hachinohe fish market in the court.　After the occupation ended, the trial of Hachinohe fish market was cancelled in the court, and Hachinohe fish market regained the role as the wholesaler.
