At Hakodate KOSEN, we set subjects to learn "Drucker Management" . The "Management" advocated by P.F..Drucker (1909-2005) is suitable for students who become social students to learn. Drucker says "Management" is the best for learning what is work, what is organization, what to work for. In this paper, we will describe the practice of this subject with the voice of students.
