Construction Phase to Operation Phase in MLF

Abstract

I was a division head of Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility (MLF) from June, 2016 to March, 2020. In this period MLF faced to the conversion from the construction phase to the operation phase of the facility. In this article the changes of MLF in this period were described from a viewpoint of a MLF division head.
