Abstract
0.1-0.2mg Tibione per day, soluted in ethylenglycocol, was injected subcutaneously for six consective days in a week to a group of rats which developped leprosy and to another group which did not develop lesions. The ulcer of the lesion-developing group was cured rapidly, but the lepromata showed no regressive change. In the other group which had been inoculated and showed no lesin, it could not control the onset of lesion in animals injected both with 1/200g and with 1/20000g or leproma. Namely, it is effective on leprous ulcer, but could not make lepromata disappear.
