The therapeutic efficacies of Tibione, PAS & Streptomycin, especially of their combinations on the development of rat-leprosy, were studied. The results were as follows: The development of the leprous granuloma showed the order as Tb1+SM_??_PAS+SM⟨SM⟨Tb1_??_PAS⟨Tb1+PAS⟨Controls, In general, the therapeutic actions of drugs, tested, were rather silght, but streptomycin when combined with tibione afforded the most remarkable effect.
