The distribution of α- and β- types of lecithin and kephalin was examined with white rabbits' visceral organs, and the complement fixing reaction was tried with antigens of every organs. The results revealed that the antigen against syphilitic serum wads β-lecithin and that against leprous serum β- kephalin.
