The results of the experiment on the enough doses of bacilli to produce infection showed that the minimum doses was 0.5cc of 10, 000 diluted emulsion of leproma. This doses of emulsion contained 350, 000 of bacilli. Rats of 90-120g were more susceptible than those of 30-50g. No difference was seen between both sexes.
