From July 1950, I tried x-ray application with various measuers to the leprom which was experimentally appeared in the chest muscle of the white rat through the inoculation of rat's leprosy germ (Mycobacterium leprae muris), consequently somewhat retrenchment of leprom, decreased round-cell, in the connective tissue, the destruction of leprom-cell, the multiplication of connective tissue etc' and so on were observed, and its detailed report is as follows
