I observed an autopsy on Mitsuda's reaction negative case clinically diagnosed as neural leprosy. There were found lepromatous changes which show lepra cells with vacuolated appearance in ulnar nerve and femoral lymph node.
This fact shows the specifity of Mitsuda reaction for confirming the type.
