Abstract
In healthy people HSR presented different values according to the individuals, sexes, seasons and ages, while in various diseases it is characteristic, especially in leprosy it shows an extraordinary distribution. This fact tells the anticipation of endocrine-autonome nerve system. The following results were obtained from the experiments to examine the influences of endocrine-autonome nerve system upon HSR.
1) Injection and transplantation of ox hypophysis inhibits in general HSR of skin patients, as well as of leprosy patients, while in the cases of combined diseases HSR was promoted.
2) After operation HSR was inhibited in the early stage, but then it recovered.
3) ACTH and cortisone inhibited HSR.
4) In leprosy patients one administration of ovahormone, chiragen and ACE inhibited, while enarmone, prehormone and insulin increased HSR. As for autonome nerve toxins, the results were not decided.
