Abstract

This list of the type specimens of mosses located in the herbarium of the Hattori Botanical Laboratory compiled by the author. Some 589 type specimens from Japan are listed with detailed information. The author is now working on similar list for the type specimens described from outside of Japan, and it will be published in near future.
