Abstract
Expansion of instructor WG aims to increase instructors to disseminate the basic knowledge and ideas of HCD, and created seminar standard “for engineers” and instructors handbook for lecturers by HCD process. Also, we are currently preparing “for people in contact with customers” and report on their activities. Keywords: HCD education.
