ユニバーサルデザイン関連プロセスに関する成熟度評価手法の研究

抄録

This paper describes Process Assessment on the Maturity of Universal Design. Recently lots of Japanese companies are making efforts to produce UD products and services. But it is not easy to find out the best way to achieve their purpose, although they have strong enthusiasms. And “try and error” is the only way in almost cases. This assessment model could guide them to understand their week points and the best way is to overcome them. This model is the framework for the assessment on the maturity of capability provided by the organization's management and process definition that achieve UD related activities (planning, design, production etc). The Process Maturity Framework defines a process dimension and a capability dimension.
