Our school has tried in many ways to rebuild a new style of dormitory management and prevention of irregular behaviors in residents for many years. Such irregularities as smoking, garbage-throwing away, stealing, late-night hovering, or breaking facilities, are too persistent to get rid of easily. In addition, recently the number of residents has been on the sudden increase and very close to the capacity, which leads us to face the need to refit the existing building and build a new one. As their number and residential space are becoming much larger, our turns to stay at night in dormitory are augmenting to the extent that the teachers come to fi nd the task at dormitory so heavy. This paper is to tell what our school has done for these four years to improve such a situation as mentioned below. As a result, the construction of some systems to prevent irregular behaviors and the new framework of night watch, the cooperative work with Parents Association are presented here as a new basement of our school dormitory management.
