Development of the Digital Archive for “Historical Materials of Ships and Islands”

Abstract

In our college, there are many materials related to the logistics and distribution of ”ships and islands” that can feel a lot of history. For these materials, the work of digitization is progressing, and we believe that it will beeffectively used not only for an education of maritime technology but also for various applications. In this paper, we describe the development of digital archive for ”historical materials of ships and islands” and provide these materials to more people. We have set up a web server and created web pages based on the WordPress. It is also applied to community education using the materials
