Abstract
A new rice cultivar Ichihomare was registered as the recommended variety of Fukui prefecture in 2017. Therefore, we selected six SSR markers (RM9, RM8208, RM4691, RM7277, RM7452, RM1320） to identify the 14 recommended rice varieties by two polymorphisms, and we improved the previous SSR maker set.
