Abstract

Childcare undertaken by a mother is different from that undertaken by a childhood educator. The former is due to her experience and instinct, and is effective for her own child, while the latter is due to the expertise of the childhood educator and is care which must be effective for all children. Childhood educational theories like other general educational theories are often effective for only some children. The childhood educators must thoroughly examine the relationship between the theories and the children.

Further, the childhood educators must not only rear the children instead of their mothers, but also lead their mothers in the process of rearing children. The childhood educators must always rear the children in response to the conditions of the children. This must be done in accordance with their expertise and experience.

Therefore, the childhood educator’s expertise is very important. The childhood educator must be the leader in early childhood education. I will analyze the elements and consider the conditions of leaders in early childhood education from many aspects.
