Abstract

In freshmen and seniors in Kyushu Sangyo University, we analyzed ratios of exercise habit and habit of having breakfast. As for the exercise habit, in early times, we had a question focused on sports club activities, and description about the continuance and duration of physical exercise were insufficient. Since 2018 when present questionnaire was used, the ratio of those having exercise habit is unchanged except for the male seniors. Students who hate physical exercise and students who have no connection to but do not hate physical exercise were both popular in women than in men, and in senior than in freshmen. As for the habit of having breakfast, we gave same question from 2003 to 2024. Both in men and women, or both in freshmen and seniors, we could not find a constant annual change in the habit of having breakfast. During the enrollment in university, the ratio of habit of having breakfast dramatically declined in both men and women.
