Abstract
International Association of Integrated Rehabilitation (IAIR) defines the meaning of “Integrated Rehabilitation” as including medical, social, vocational and educational rehabilitation. In this article, I described the necessity to nurture professionals of Integrated Rehabilitation which can practice interpretation and integration from the perspective of ICF in order to capture the needs diversified values of elderly people.
