Abstract
Tissue gliding approach (TGA) is a manual approach to encourage one’s body fluid circulation, like interstitial fluid, as a result of sliding connective tissue combined with manual skin contact by a therapist and joint movements. IAIR (International Association of Integrated Rehabilitation) has been proposing as one of the concepts to achieve the purpose of solving immovable situations in everyday life. In this paper, I demonstrated TGA's idea that could be utilized from the rehabilitation site to the preventive field.
