Abstract
P2M theory deals with mission-critical business activities, and in the course of the assessment, it carries out a series of flows such as Corporate strategy, Business strategy, Program creation, Program execution. In this paper, assuming that team management of FC (Football Club) management would be the mission-critical job, and P2M using BMC (Business Model Canvas) is evaluated. Specifically, when doing mission profiling in program integration management of P2M, the nine constituent elements of BMC evalu-ate whether it is effective for extracting KPI etc. and creating model of FC management as compared with the conventional method. However, it is difficult to conclude that BMC in P2M is useful only in this re-search, further evaluation would be advanced through Sports managements.
