A Study of Analysis Model for Portfolio Management of Project Risk

Abstract

In this study, authors suggest a model managing the risk by portfolio using 3S model (scheme, system, service) of P2M as process management technique of the project risk. We analyze a risk from a viewpoint of the whole project by managing the risk by portfolio. In this study, authors consider a process of the risk management to bring the correspondence to risk appetite as the whole project close to the most suitable state not the correspondence for the individual risk.
