A-11 Application Examples of the P2M to Educational Fields in the University

Abstract

These days rapid changes of environment in the world have enforced Japanese universities to change responsively. Under such environmental changes, this paper regards tackles of a class as a project, introduces the concept of P2M (Project Program Management for Enterprise Innovation) and reports the results of class development projects which were executed based on the concept of P2M. At the same time future tasks and countermeasures are proposed on the basis of execution results.
