Abstract
Recently, the contents of the fundamental powers as a member of society were proposed in the interim report which was released by the private "study group regarding fundamental powers as a member of society" in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. In this research, a class in the University was grasped as an educational project, the training for members who are needed in the society was set up as the whole mission, and reconstruction projects of information systems by DOA were executed based on the P2M. This paper reports the execution results.
