This report is to challenge to apply OW model to overview and reveal the essence of the New Japanese Management Style of the Enterprise that contributes the continuous prosperity of Japan this century. What is the way of sustainable growing for the Enterprise in this century? The history of SHARP corporation shows us the good answer on this question.
