B-7 On Strategy and Risk Management in P2M

Abstract

In the P2M program strategy management, the strategic goal management is carried out to develop the organizational strategic objectives into program goals by the mission profiling process. And the development of the program execution strategy is made for the certain and efficient program execution. The relation of these management areas to the fundamental management strategy theories such as competitive theory is discussed. Program risks of the strategic level are also discussed about the risks connoted by the process of the strategic goal development in the mission profiling process, and the risks in the program execution strategy.
