Abstract
The study for realizing Industrial clusters planning was made in the previous work and it has become clear that the method in practice has not been established. The present work is concerned with the continuous study for the realization based upon the P２M concept. It is attempted to expand the concept of the standard 3S project model to integrated multi –programs case. The framework of integrated multi –programs, called “ super program” is proposed and some investigations have been carried out by taking the recen movement of possible use of IOT( Internet of Things) into consideration to be adaptive to the future scheme of industrial clusters. The development of method for realization is underway and the present work is a progress report.
