Abstract
We have evaluated Business Model of FC (Football Club) Management using 'Business Model Canvas’ with 9 elements, and also evaluated ’Business Model Canvas’for P2M Theory. We have clarified the position of ”Program Integrated Management” in P2M theory and evaluate the Business Model Canvas again. We have used BSC (Balanced Scorecard) for Comparison tool to facilitate evaluation with BMC and rational evaluation of BMC using seven indicators.
In this research, we have considered the application of P2M theory in FC management and evaluate the usefulness of Business Model Canvas.
