Abstract
RPA has been widely promoted as a means to improve the productivity of white-collar workers as a countermeasure against population decline. RPA is a digitalization that promotes productivity improvement by using RPA functions to allow robots called Digital Labor to perform white-collar tasks. The digitalization of companies will accelerate to digital transformation, which will create new businesses in the future. In defensive DX, the automation of business operations using RPA is one of the means to achieve this goal. In this paper, as an approach to the problem of applying RPA to DX, the human-centered design of P2M theory is applied and a framework for applying RPA to DX is devised. The effectiveness of the framework is described by applying it to a case study project.
