Abstract
In the past, it was common for companies to make a profit by updating what was already in place, but in these uncertain and unpredictable times, it is necessary for companies to set out a more ambitious vision, think backward from their ideals, and contribute to society. They are thinking more creatively and emphasizing diversity, and the way they want companies to be is changing. In this study, we will introduce the Purpose-Driven approach in a project, motivate project members, and based on the results, discuss the importance of perspective to the project and propose a method for its introduction. The project unit will find and communicate the social significance of its existence, which will lead to appealing not only to customers but also to various stakeholders.
