Abstract

Authors discussed about the program architecture of product development in previous papers. This program architecture is focused on product lifecycle and plant lifecycle. This architecture shows the program value spiral up structure through a project execution. In real business situation, the enterprise should manage programs that are concerned not only product and plant but also other business resources such as logistics and sales. This paper discusses about the relationship between product lifecycle and enabling systems and the way of program architecting for practical program management.
