Abstract
Company A, a Japanese manufacturing company, developed a smart factory concept program in Industry 4.0 to realize a next-generation manufacturing platform, and as a first step, implemented a project to develop a system to visualize the skills of skilled engineers. The development of this system was done in an agile organization, and the P2M 3S model was applied to program management and project management. The effectiveness of the P2M 3S model management approach in the development process and the effect of shared leadership by the project manager are described.
