Abstract
At the AEONTOWA Research Center, a collaborative organization between the AEON Environmental Foundation and Waseda University, we have expanded the conventional Satoyama concept to include energy and resource recycling, and added the elements of the SDGs to ”sustainability of the global environment” and ”regional sustainability.” We presented the ideal form of ”sustainable social linkages” led by ”sustainability of society” and ”sustainability of people and life.” With this satoyama concept as our goal, we are presenting related research and development and educational programs.
This paper clarifies the actual situation of utilization of P2M in Satoyama research and education program creation (from the standpoint of universities in collaborative research), and clarifies what kind of program configuration is possible.
