Abstract
The rapid expansion of ICT infrastructure that began at the end of the last century is making the IoT and Metaverse a reality, accompanied by advances in AI and big data analysis. In order for companies to sustainably maintain their competitive advantage in this era of futuristic city orientation that is now being realized around companies, they will be required to effectively manage projects from both the Digital Transformation (DX) and Sustainable Transformation (SX) perspectives in a multidimensional manner. This article explores such corporate management in the era of VCUA (Volatility, Complexity, Uncertainty, Ambiguity) from from the perspective of P2M, focusing on specially assigned business activities. Specifically, we construct a hypothetical model of Program management in DX&SX from the perspective of Dynamic capability, Effectuation (Effective theory) and P2M Platform, and conduct a quantitative survey targeting Mongolian venture companies to verify it.
