Purpose: The selected joint seminar has allowed us to summarize our research activities and to report them worldwide. It is a happy occasion for me to be able to make a generous contribution to humanity. We use the photo and video (JP) from NHK news in 1998 to report on the initiation and regimentation of the research in order to introduce the Joint Seminar. It is available to watch those for checking to select us by PAN and JSPS on our web site. I want to explain how the organization to overcome disability by the motivative exercise and ensure a Paradigm Shift in Rehabilitation was formed after I, a merely retired city councilor, want to explain how I had been able to organize the seminar “Overcome Disability by Motivative Exercise: a Paradigm Shift in Rehabilitation,” which was formed. As I don’t think I will never have the same opportunity as the joint seminar selection accepted, so I would like to introduce the origins of the NHK News as a beginning for the acknowledgment.
