Magnetics Technology 2004 : Review & Forecast

抄録

The recent magnetics research and development including micromachine, magnetic meterial and biomagnetics fields has come to the new deveropment stage. The representative studies are outlined from these fields. First, Micro dc motor is mentioned as an example of the machine application. Next, miniaturized DC-DC converter using the magnetic thin film inductor are explained. Finally, the magnetic field effect to the organism is introduced.
