KEK Digital Accelerator and the Next Generation of High Power Switching Power Supply

Abstract

The KEK digital accelerator is a small-scale induction synchrotron, which potentially accelerates any species of ion, regardless of possible charge state. This paper describes the progress status of its beam commissioning and the novel switching power device that bring in the dramatic improvement in the digital accelerator.
