We have developed an electromagnetic field intensity distribution measurement system. It is expected that this system is very useful for the evaluation of the electromagnetic noise emitted from electric devices. In this paper, we describe measurement results of the electric field generated by electric discharge in air and near field pattern of the micro strip line.
