CF3I gas is one of promising SF6 substitute. The insulation performances of CF3I, CF3I/N2, and CF3I/CO2 mixtures are examined through measuring sparkover voltage in inhomogeneous field under 0.1 to 0.5 MPa(abs)-gas pressure.
