Abstract
The precursor of calcium cobalt oxide thermoelectric material was fabricated by reflux method. Cobalt acetate and calcium acetate were used as starting materials. We investigated the calcination temperature to obtain Ca3Co4O9 and the effect of temperature raising rate on size of grains.
