Instrumentation and measurement technology is very important for establishment of standards, evaluation and of equipment, development of multi-functional bioinstrumentation sensors, and other needs which span our society. The IEEJ Technical Committee on Instrumentation and Measurement has explored key technologies in this field through technical meetings and research committees. Its recent activities and some leading research results are presented.
