Construction of Innovation Practice on Electrical Technology for Working Persons

Abstract

We devised a practice to work in a virtual company on electrical technologies in order to acquire the fundamental competencies for working persons. In this paper, we show the contents of innovation practice on electrical technologies and describe the verification. The constructed practice can be widely applied in education.
