This paper describes the attempt to train electric and electronic system teachers at 3 Mongolian colleges of technology. Most of the teachers teaching specialized subjects at these schools, have not had practical experience doing experiments, so the classes they taught were lecture style, not hands-on style. Moreover, although they studied technology and graduated from domestic universities, they had no experience writing reports detailing experiments, or writing graduate studies. Therefore, they could not understand Kosen's Japanese education style at all, but they hoped to obtain a deeper understanding, as well as acquire teaching skills like those of Japanese Kosen teachers. To satisfy their request, we carried out a teacher training program utilizing our advanced course students. We hope this trial will be a useful opportunity to spread Kosen's education system throughout the world.
