A New Method of Measuring Electron-hole Pairs with the PEA Method Immediately after Electron Beam Irradiation

In this paper, we propose the new measurement method for measuring electron-hole pairs which were generated by electron beam irradiation. High voltage was applied through the vacuum gap to prevent injecting charges from the electrode. In addition, we compared the amount of electron-hole pair by the flux of the electron beam. As a result, electron-hole pairs were observed in this system, and the amount didn’t change by the flux of electron beam.
