Abstract

This paper reviews the latest trend and front line of research activities in the field of dielectrics and electrical insulating materials (DEI) according to the papers presented in the 55th Symposium on Electrical and Electronic Insulating Materials and Applications in Systems held by the Technical Committee of Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation (TC-DEI), IEEJ, on Sept. 25 - 27, 2024, at Niigata City Bandai Civic Hall, Niigata-city, Niigata, Japan, as an in-person meeting. The recent activities related to TC-DEI are also introduced briefly.
