Power Loss Analysis of Three-level Inverter Topologies with No-load Loss

Abstract

The present paper discusses the no-load loss of diode clump type, flying capacitor type and T-type three-level converter topologies. The no-load loss is calculated according to the operation of each three-level topology. The calculation results of no-load losses of the three three-level topologies agree well with experimental results.
