Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) System is under preparation in order to start the service this year. It is the most important for ETC System to establish the high reliability because of handling the electronic money information. Fast frequency switching is very effective to realize the high communication reliability since sufficient communication time can be secured. We have developed the Microwave Hybrid Module (MHM) for On-Board Equipment (OBE). The MHM provides the high speed switching circuit, and the 100us of switching time was examined. Furthermore, the MHM is suitable for the downsizing and the cost reduction of OBE.
